Track Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. After your order ships, a second email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can use that tracking number on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will check it right away.

Shipping Policy

• Free shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders below $35 are charged a flat $8 shipping fee.
• Delivery estimates: Standard shipping typically arrives within 7-15 business days after processing. Express options may be available at checkout.
• Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
• Delays: During holidays or busy periods, delivery may take a few extra days. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist you.
• Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
